Our wound care program is coordinated by our certified wound care specialist.  A plan of care will be implemented for you utilizing current wound care data, supplies and treatments.  You and your caregivers will be taught how to care for your skin and prevent recurring wounds with nutrition, activity and other risk-lowering treatments. By being proactive for you, your goal of optimal health is realized.
